okay, I have never been able to get a shower in before 10 am, when Claire takes a nap. So, I've been trying alternate ways of fitting it in earlier. Yesterday, I just took Claire into the shower with me and let her sit in the bathtub when I was washing my hair. She was EVERYWHERE! So, finally, I wrapped her up in a towel and strapped her down to her changing pad (which is on our dryer). I finished washing my hair---while trying to watch her---and within seconds, she had pulled the infant bathtub which is really just right above her on the dryer, too; on top of her! She was laughing and giggling underneath her bathtub. When she finally knocked that to the ground, she started to skwak, having lost her toy that was bigger than her.
Okay Moms. Teach me how to shower!!!

Near impossible is all I have to say! Sorry about not posting-I have been a blogger slacker, but I am repenting! :) With Sydney, I get some of her favorite toys and lock her in the bathroom with me. If you have a saucer, those work great for the little ones-check ksl and garage sales for used ones!
I've given up on morning showers. I take one after the varmints are in bed at night! Good luck on that one.
let them cry in their cribs:) I take fast showers, so if I want one early, I just put them where I know they will be safe. Plus, who can fault you for leaving your baby for 10 min to shower?
I'm with Bex, sometimes you just have to get things done and as far as I know, no kid ever died from crying.
You mean you're supposed to shower before noon??? Haha. I actually have it easy right now because of Jay's schedule he is around in the mornings, so I can go take a shower whenever I want. Before this schedule though, I would just take the little one in the bathroom with me in an exersaucer thing and put a movie on for the bigger kids. I figure, they can't get into too much trouble in 10-15 minutes, right? Really, I think the only way you can do it is to get up before them to shower.
